Controller and scope
The Anatolian Trails brand and legal structure are being finalised. This notice will be updated with the controller's full registered name, address and registration details once confirmed. In the meantime, data requests are accepted via anatoliantrails@gmail.com.
Legal grounds
Data is processed proportionately for receiving and answering enquiries, pre-contract communication, information security, legal obligations and consent where required.
Transfers
Depending on the enquiry, necessary information may be shared with a relevant licensed tour operator or service provider under appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Applicable safeguards will be used for international transfers.
Your rights
You may submit requests concerning your rights under Article 11 of Türkiye's Law No. 6698 by email with information sufficient to verify your identity. Requests will be answered within the legal period.
